RFP Scope of Work: Parking Garage Cleaning and Maintenance

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit bids for comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for the parking garage facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Policing of All Levels:
2. The vendor shall conduct a thorough policing of all levels of the parking garage to remove trash and obstructions from all drain covers. This includes:

• Identification and removal of debris, litter, and any other obstructions.
• Ensuring all drain covers are accessible and clear of blockages.

1. Application of Biodegradable Oil Grabber:
2. The vendor shall apply biodegradable oil grabber to all heavy oil stains throughout the parking facility. This process includes:

1. Pressure Washing:
2. A flush of all floor surfaces and sidewalks is required, utilizing 2500 PSI pressure washers. The scope includes:

• Cleaning from the FDR level to Level 4A (8 levels).
• Ensuring thorough removal of dirt, grime, and other contaminants from all surfaces.
• Scrub surfaces as needed.
• Use of appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions to ensure effective cleaning.
• Verification of clean surfaces post-scrubbing/washing to meet quality standards.

Deliverables: The vendor is expected to provide a detailed report upon completion of each task, including before and after photographs, descriptions of work performed, and any recommendations for ongoing maintenance.

Timeline: All services must be completed within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe, with specific deadlines to be established upon contract award.

All work must comply with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Quality standards will be monitored throughout the project to ensure satisfactory completion of all tasks.
