Request for Proposal (RFP) Scope of Work
Title: Exterior Glass Cleaning
Vendor Category: Cleaning
Project Overview:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the comprehensive cleaning of exterior glass surfaces. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all specified glass surfaces are cleaned to a high standard, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the property.
Scope of Work 1: 2X per year
A.
- Retail Building A: 517 E. 117th Street, New York, NY:
Clean exterior glass wall (interior and exterior) of Building A as seen in the picture with the blue color. Clean glass only on Levels 1 – 4
B.
- Glass above Loading Dock to be cleaned. Please refer at the pictures attached painted in Yellow. This wall will be clean outside only.
C.
- Building B: 505 E. 116th Street, New York NY
Clean all the windows painted in green exterior only.
Scope of Work 2: 2 X per Year
- Price to clean horizontal beams as seen in the pictures Colored Green.
Scope of work 3:1 X Per Year
- Clean all the windows as seen in these pictures painted in blue outside only.
Material Specifications:
- Cleaning solutions used must be environmentally friendly and appropriate for use on glass surfaces.
- All cleaning equipment must be safe to use on high-rise buildings and comply with OSHA regulations.
Quality Standards:
The cleaning must meet or exceed industry standards for glass cleaning. The vendor is expected to ensure no streaks, residue, or damage is left on the glass surfaces. A final walkthrough with the property management representative will be required to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.
Timeline Expectations:
Proposals should include a proposed timeline for project initiation and completion, with an emphasis on minimizing disruption to building operations.
Deliverables:
- A detailed cleaning report after completion, including before and after photographs of all cleaned surfaces.
- Proof of compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
Compliance:
All work must adhere to local building codes and safety regulations. The vendor must provide evidence of insurance and any necessary licensing prior to the commencement of work.
