Description


Scope of Work:

  • Strip and remove all existing paint/coating from concrete flooring throughout the rear lobby area
  • Mechanically grind and prepare the surface to achieve a clean, uniform substrate
  • Polish concrete flooring to a consistent finish suitable for a commercial/high-traffic environment
  • Apply a high-durability sealer or protective coating designed for high-traffic areas to minimize wear, staining, and scratching
  • Ensure final finish is uniform, slip-resistant, and easy to maintain

Area:

  • Approximate square footage: 3,000 SF
  • Contractor to verify all measurements during site visit

Project Requirements:

  • Work to be performed during off-hours and/or weekends to avoid disruption to building operations
  • Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and protection of surrounding areas
  • Include proper dust control and cleanup procedures
  • Coordinate access and logistics with building management

Proposal Requirements:

  • Detailed scope breakdown
  • Material and system specifications (including sealer type)
  • Project schedule and duration
  • Cost breakdown
  • Warranty information
