1. Overview:

This RFP is issued to solicit proposals for comprehensive landscaping services for the Hidden Ridge community. This contract will cover a duration of three years, with specific focus on maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of the community's outdoor spaces.

2. Scope of Work:

• Landscape Maintenance:
• Routine mowing, trimming, and edging of all turf areas.
• Pruning of shrubs and ornamental trees to maintain health and aesthetics.
• Seasonal flower bed preparation, planting, and maintenance.
• Mulching of all landscaped beds with organic mulch to a depth of 3 inches, replenished as needed.
• Seasonal Services:
• Spring clean-up, including leaf removal and debris clearing.
• Fall clean-up to include leaf removal and preparation for winter.
• Annual installation and maintenance of holiday decorations as specified by the HOA.
• Irrigation System Management:
• Inspection and maintenance of existing irrigation systems, including repairs as necessary.
• Seasonal adjustments to the irrigation schedule based on weather conditions and plant needs.

3. Material Specifications:

• All plant materials must be sourced from reputable nurseries and shall comply with local horticultural standards.
• Mulch must be organic, free of contaminants, and sourced from sustainable suppliers.

4. Quality Standards:

• All work must comply with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to landscaping and environmental protection.
• Services rendered must meet or exceed the standards set forth by the National Association of Landscape Professionals.

5. Deliverables:

• A detailed maintenance schedule outlining frequency and scope of services.
• Monthly reports on landscaping health, maintenance activities, and any recommendations for improvements.
• Documentation of any incidents or issues encountered during service delivery.

6. Proposal Submission:

Interested vendors are required to submit their proposals, including pricing, qualifications, and references. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, quality of work, and cost-effectiveness.
