Yard Work

Regrading of Lot: The lot requires regrading to improve drainage and ensure a level surface.
Wheel Stops Re-Set: The contractor is to re-set the wheel stops in the parking area. The location of the wheel stops will be along the fence line
Asphalt Repair: Repair of the asphalted areas is necessary to address any damage
Debris Removal: All trash and debris must be removed from the yard area to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Mechanic Shop Work

Interior and Exterior Painting: The contractor will paint both the interior and exterior of the mechanic shop
PM Hanging Heater Replacement: The contractor will assess the hanging heater and replace it if necessary.
Overhead Door Replacement: The contractor will replace the existing overhead doors as needed to ensure proper operation and security.
Interior Light Upgrade: Upgrade all interior lights to energy-efficient LED fixtures
Parking Lot Light Upgrade: Replace existing parking lot lights with LED fixtures
