- Weed control measures to be implemented across all landscaped beds and turf areas.
- Irrigation Management:
- Inspection and maintenance of existing irrigation systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Adjustment of irrigation schedules based on seasonal weather conditions.
- Repair and replacement of broken heads and fittings as needed, at no additional cost.
- Seasonal Planting:
- Installation of seasonal color displays (annuals) in designated areas, including preparation of beds and soil amendment.
- Removal of spent plants and debris post-season to maintain cleanliness.
Material Specifications:
All materials used for plantings, fertilizers, and pest control must meet local environmental regulations and standards. Native plant species are preferred to promote sustainability.
Quality Standards:
All work performed must adhere to industry standards as outlined by the Landscape Industry Certified Program and comply with local codes and regulations. The vendor must ensure that all landscaping practices promote environmental sustainability and safety.
Timeline:
The contract will commence on 7/1/2026 and will continue for a period of 36 months. The vendor is expected to provide a detailed schedule of services and any seasonal adjustments as part of their proposal.
Deliverables:
The vendor shall provide:
- A comprehensive landscaping maintenance plan detailing frequency and scope of services.
- Monthly reports summarizing services rendered, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
