Bricktown - Crack fill & Re-Stripe parking lot

** Work Start & End dates are negotiable, and can be arranged based on the selected vendor's schedule and availability. This is a busy shopping, this work must be done overnight while the shopping center is not active.

Crackfilling:

Provide labor, equipment and materials to clean and prepare agreed amount of cracks that are one quarter of an inch and larger in width free of all dirt with air compressor jet and remove debris. Seal these cracks throughout parking lot with a rubberized crack sealer (meeting Federal specification astmd. 3405) designed for parking lot use. Less than 1% bond failure expected.

Re-Stripe:

Re-stripe Parking Area and all drive lanes withing Bricktown Shopping Center, using heavy duty traffic paint to match existing. Please note: paint to be used is Sherwin Williams SetFast Waterborne TM226 White/ TM227 Yellow.
